Every year, thousands of unwanted and abandoned dogs and cats find a lifeline through Humane Animal Partners (HAP). As Delaware’s first and oldest animal welfare organization, HAP (formerly DHA and Delaware SPCA) has been at the forefront of saving lives and strengthening the bond between pets and people in the First State.
