Central Delaware Housing Collaborative is a program that consists of three transitional houses and an emergency shelter (House of Hope). This program is located in Dover, Delaware.

While in this program clients are part of case management that will connect them with various resources to help them reach their goals! Clients will have access to things such as a clothing closet, pantry, kitchen, shared living spaces, Wi-Fi, laundry, and more!
