For the last fifty years, People's Place has been dedicated to becoming the agency of choice to help people find their path to growth and independence.
We provide advocacy, case management, intervention and prevention services, emergency shelter, housing, and more to our most underserved and vulnerable communities. We assist a broad population that supports teenagers in and exiting foster care, women and children in domestic violence situations, unhoused families, individuals seeking mental health counseling, Veterans, and more.
Our nine specialized programs consist of Abriendo Puertas, Center for Community Justice, Counseling Centers, Family Visitation Centers, Independent Living, SAFE, Turning Point, and Whatcoat Social Services.
