Romeo and Juliet

A fundraiser for The Everett Theater

$250 raised from 11 donors

$1,000 goal

I’m Daniel Sieglen.

I’m fundraising for The Everett Theater.

It’s the spring of 2021, and the world is in turmoil. Although Covid lockdowns have subsided, the damage has been done. Individual relationships are fracturing, communities are clashing, and governments are floundering. In one wealthy neighborhood near McKinney, TX, these tensions—both political and personal—play out with dire consequences for both sides.

This is Romeo & Juliet—William Shakespeare’s classic tale of love and hate, choice and fate—set in a time we recognize, a time we survived, even if they didn’t.

With great appreciation for every donation of $25 or more to this specific fundraiser we invite you and a guest to come enjoy a Romeo and Juliet performance. You will receive an email after the fundraiser closes to pick which show you'd like to attend.

The Language is old. The setting is modern. The story? Timeless.
