I’m fundraising for The Everett Theater.
The Gibby is the Visual Art portion of The Everett, whose Mission is: To foster and develop the arts in the geographic area of Middletown, Delaware encompassing the community’s culturally diverse resources and to preserve the historic nature of the Everett theatre. Our mission features two primary directions: the visual arts expressed through the Gilbert W. Perry Center for the Arts and the performing arts expressed through the Everett Theatre complex.
The Gibby Center is focused on The Community with Expression through classes, art shows, and practical applications in offering opportunities for persons to produce their art in various forms. Through Education in providing a varying level of skill building as it pertains to the creation of artwork as well as the increasing awareness to enrich appreciation. This Appreciation is by offering a gallery featuring a wide-berth of artist's work from the young child to the sophisticated adult.
